These terms govern your use of Softellio Menu. By creating an account you agree to them.

The service

Softellio Menu is a subscription cloud service that lets restaurants and cafés publish a digital menu, take orders from the table and manage related operations. The service is provided as it is described on this website at the time of your subscription.

Subscription and billing

• Plans are billed annually in advance
• A free trial period applies before the first charge
• Subscriptions renew at the end of each term unless cancelled
• Prices are shown inclusive of applicable tax where indicated

Cancellation

You may cancel at any time from the panel. Cancelling stops the next renewal; the service continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. Cancelling during the trial means nothing is charged.

Your content

Menu content you upload remains yours. You grant us only the licence needed to host and display it as part of the service. You are responsible for ensuring that content you publish — including prices, allergen information and any claims — is accurate and lawful in the country where you operate.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the service for unlawful content or activity
• Do not attempt to disrupt, overload or reverse engineer the service
• Do not resell access without a written agreement with us

Availability

We aim to keep the service continuously available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Planned maintenance is announced in advance where practical.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms. Where we do, we will give notice and a reasonable opportunity to export your data unless the breach makes that impossible.
