Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy explains when a subscription can be cancelled and when a refund is available.

The free trial

Every plan begins with a free trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, no payment is taken and there is nothing to refund.

Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel at any time from the panel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for; the service continues until then and is not interrupted.

Refunds

• If you cancel within 14 days of the first charge and have not made substantial use of the service, we will refund that charge
• After that period, fees for the current term are not refunded, but the subscription will not renew
• If we are unable to provide the service for an extended period through our own fault, we will refund the affected period

How to request a refund

Write to the contact address published on this website from the email address on the account, stating the reason. We aim to respond within a few business days, and approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.

Your data after cancellation

You can export your menu at any time while the account is active. After cancellation, account data is retained for a limited period so that you can reactivate, and is then deleted.
