The order knows which table it came from

Every table's QR code is bound to that table, so the order and the server call arrive already labelled — no guessing, no mix-ups.

The most common failure in digital ordering is a human one: the guest picks the wrong table from a dropdown, or the server mishears. Binding the order to the QR code removes the choice entirely. Whichever code was scanned decides where the order goes, and the kitchen never has to ask.

01

Ordering that lands where it should

The guest builds a basket, adds a note, and sends. The order appears in the panel and in the restaurant mobile app immediately, carrying the table label, the items, any option choices and the guest's note.

  • Table label attached automatically
  • Option choices (size, milk, extras) travel with the item
  • Guest notes reach the kitchen, not just the till
  • Real-time arrival in panel and mobile app

02

Waiter call, answered and measured

A guest taps the bell and the call arrives with the table on it. Staff acknowledge it in the app, and the response time is recorded so you can see how service actually performs.

  • Calls separated into server help and bill request
  • Acknowledgement recorded with who answered
  • Response time visible in analytics

03

Status the kitchen can drive

Received, preparing, served — each status is one tap in the kitchen board, and each change is visible to the floor without anyone shouting across the room.

  • One-tap status changes
  • Kitchen board designed for a busy pass
  • Estimated preparation time can be set per order

Frequently asked

Table Ordering & Waiter Call — your questions answered

Can I turn ordering off and keep the menu?+

Yes. Ordering and server call are separate switches; run it as a pure digital menu if you prefer.

What if a guest opens the menu from a plain link?+

Then there is no table attached, so ordering is disabled for that session and only browsing is possible.

Does the kitchen need a computer?+

No. The restaurant mobile app has a dedicated kitchen screen, and notifications arrive with sound even when the phone is locked.
